Week 3: Sinulog Grand Finale (January 19)

Sinulog Grand Parade: Starts at 8:00 AM, following the traditional carousel route.
Awarding Ceremony: Cebu City Sports Complex, 7:00 PM.
Fireworks Display: Fuente Osmeña Circle, 9:00 PM.
