KATIE Price today had one of her bankruptcies thrown out – but still owes the taxman £750,000.

The ex-glamour model, 46, was twice declared bankrupt – including in 2019 over unpaid debts.

At a hearing at a specialist bankruptcy court in London today, the first claim was discharged.

Bankruptcy orders typically end after a year in England and Wales but in Katie's case, it was suspended.

This was today lifted by Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Sebastian Prentis.

Barrister Darragh Connell, representing the trustee of Price's bankruptcies, said: "The public examination of the first bankruptcy can be formally concluded in open court."

Katie is still battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt for a second time last March.

She will be grilled in court over that bankruptcy on April 8.

The saga has dragged on for a year after she was served an eviction notice ordering her to leave her £2million Mucky Mansion.

Katie has now moved into a new four-bed home in Sussex after bailiffs swooped on the property last May.

Under the terms of the first bankruptcy order, Katie was ordered to pay 40 per cent of her monthly OnlyFans income to wipe her debts.

After she was declared bankrupt for a second time last March, she was told she must continue to pay money from OnlyFans to the trustee.

Katie was previously due to attend a public examination in August but this was adjourned so it could be held in private instead.

This provided "sufficient provision of information" to avoid the need for a public hearing concerning the first bankruptcy, the court heard.

Mr Connell said: "As to the second bankruptcy, the trustee's position is that pursuant to information provided by Ms Price, the trustee has been undertaking inquiries with third parties.

"The outcome of those inquiries is not yet known."

He continued: "It may well transpire to be the case that an application is made to suspend discharge for a limited period, but that is not before the court today."
