UGLY Betty star Eric Mabius has been arrested for battery in Florida as cops release his shocking mugshot.
The actor, 53, was detained at the Nassau County Jail and Detention Center just before 6am, as reported by TMZ.
He faces two misdemeanor charges, battery and resisting an officer without violence.
Mabius' unrecognisable mugshot appeared to show the Ugly Betty star with a bruised and cut right eye.
The 53-year-old is best known for his role as Daniel Meade on Ugly Betty alongside America Ferrera.
He played the Mode fashion editor while the popular show ran from 2006-2010.
Mabius shot to fame in the mid to late 1990s featuring on hit programmes such as The L Word and Chicago Hope.
While Ugly Betty was his breakthrough role, his other credits include The O.C., Blue Bloods, Chicago Fire, and many more.
