THE BRITs have been hit by hundreds of Ofcom complaints, after Sabrina Carpenter's sexy performance.
Sabrina, 25, took to the stage in a daring red lingerie ensemble for a provocative performance to open the ceremony.
Making her BRIT Awards debut, the singer paid tribute to the nation with Union Jack visuals and dancers dressed as The King's Guard.
She delivered performances of her hits Espresso and Bed Chem, wowing the audience on a heart shaped bed – but also sparking backlash from some viewers watching at 8:20pm.
Some expressed their disapproval on social media, claiming the performance was too risqué for a primetime audience.
And now it has been revealed, in findings published on 5 March, that 825 complaints have been made to Ofcom, following Sabrina's performance and Charli XCX's outfit.
A spokesperson has confirmed: "The majority are related to Sabrina Carpenter's opening dance routine, and Charli XCX's outfit."
Brat singer-songwriter Charli, 32, stunned on the red carpet in a see-through black dress with skimpy undies and no bra.
And she stole the show inside London's O2 — triumphing in the Artist, Album, Songwriter, Song of the Year and Dance Act categories.
But complaints have since been made about her outfit.
Meanwhile, lots of X users had threatened to call Ofcom over the weekend, as Sabrina's performance aired.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one wrote: "OOP THATS AN OFCOM COMPLAINT WAITING."
Another said: "Sabrina Carpenter on the brits there. My wife just said 'it's only twenty past eight!'"
A third said: "Didnt know where to look during Sabrina's performance."
Someone else raged: "Christ, you might as well put porn on prime time Saturday night. What is Sabrina Carptener doing? Apart from covering up her lack of singing ability by spreading her legs!"
One more fan showed their support, adding: "Sabrina Carpenter doing loads of sex positions at the BRITS wasn't on my 2025 bingo card, but she's an icon for it. Here come all of the complaints."
Known for her sexy image, Sabrina loves to push boundaries within her music and with style choices.
She's since made a playful comment on her Instagram, after her BRITs performance.
Sharing a series of photos from the night, including backstage and red carpet snaps, Sabrina penned a caption reacting to the Ofcom complaints she was threatened with.
Alongside the post, Sabrina penned: "Brits i now know what watershed is!!!!"
"They could never make me hate u Sabrina," penned one person in the comments section.
Another joked: "LOL she's so unserious w the caption."
