CHARLOTTE Dawson has been seen for first time since giving birth as she left the hospital with her daughter and she has revealed her name.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star gave birth to her third child with partner Matthew Sarsfield, 33, over the weekend.
Charlotte, 32, was rushed to hospital after she prepared to welcome her third child with the former Rugby ace.
He gave their fans updates on her labour progress on the Instagram account of her Makes Scents perfume brand.
Around two hours after she revealed her dash to the medical centre, she was seen kissing the head of her daughter.
The media personality broke down in tears as the pair later revealed she weighed a very healthy eight pounds and nine ounces at birth.
On social media she told her fans that the name of her daughter is Gigi Dawson Sarsfield.
She wrote: "My darlings I'm soooo excited to introduce our baby girl to you all.
"Gigi Dawson Sarsfield finally she arrived fashionably late like her mama but a very very speedy entrance into the world weighing 8lbs 9oz at 9:32pm on Saturday 8th March & arriving in true chuffin kweeen style on international women's day."
She added: "We are completely in love with her & so excited to be a fambo of 5 chaos but magical.. can't wait to make the best memories!!
"I still can't believe we have a BABY GIRL… I've dreamt of this moment for so long."
She posted an album of snaps onto her social media where she beamed alongside her partner as they held their baby daughter as they prepared to leave hospital.
Another snap on Instagram showed Charlotte's mother Tracy in the hospital as she cradled her new granddaughter in her arms.
She also gave a candid look at her experience as she posted an image of the tea, toast and biscuits she was served on the maternity ward.
The TV personality was later also seen for the first time as she emerged from the hospital to make her way home.
She looked fresh-faced as her hair was styled into natural looking curls and she clutched the rest of her belongings.

The daughter of comedian Les Dawson was seen in a casual butterfly embroidered denim shirt on top of a plum bodycon dress which accentuated her baby bump.
Her stuff was packed into a plastic cream wheel suitcase as she held a matching rose bag whilst strolling in white sandals.
In the other hand, she clutched a plastic water flash as the pair packed the car seat into their plush vehicle.
Her fiance very much took up the role of the doting dad as he put their newborn daughter into the back of their luxury Porsche car.
He was spotted in a turquoise jumper and navy tracksuit bottoms as he carefully held his first daughter and placed her in the back of the car.
At the hospital, the couple took time to update their fans on Charlotte's progress.
After giving birth, Matthew posted a video of his partner smiling as she gave her new daughter her first feed.
The pair currently share two children, son Noah, four, and Jude, 18 months.
However, they are yet to announce the name of their third baby together.
