ZOE Kravitz and ex Channing Tatum had an awkward run-in at a pre-Oscars party, as he stepped out with his new model girlfriend, Inka Williams, The U.S. Sun can report.
Channing, 44, and Zoe, 36, called off their engagement four months ago after three years together.
Creative Artists Agency, or CAA, hosted their annual bash on Friday evening before the Academy Awards and both stars ended up in the same room all night.
Channing was seen arriving at The Living Room, a new private members' club in Los Angeles, just before 11 pm, with his new Aussie girlfriend Inka as his date.
An eyewitness told The U.S. Sun: "He seemed very protective of her and they were partying in the main room at the venue with a DJ and dance floor.
"They chose to stay in a booth at the back with another female friend for most of the night, Channing and Inka looked very cozy and he had his hand on her knee.
"People noticed Zoe was also there in the middle of the room but she had her back to them and kept her distance.
"I didn't see them interact at all during the evening.
"She was chatting to friends and an older gentleman who appeared to be an industry associate.
"It can't be the most comfortable situation bumping into your ex at what felt like an office Christmas party.
"She seemed to keep to herself and was fairly low key, she wasn't out on the dance floor like Olivia Wilde and others who were letting their hair down."
BREAKING SILENCE
The insider said Channing was then seen leaving with Inka and another friend just after midnight.
Although the event was smaller than the previous years following the Los Angeles wildfires, Channing and Zoe were still able to rub shoulders with plenty of stars.
The likes of Mick Jagger, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Renee Zellweger, Adrien Brody, Sacha Baron Cohen and Sebastian Stan all attended the bash.
Zoe spoke out for the first time about her split from Channing in an interview with Elle magazine this month and praised their movie, Blink Twice.
"I love this thing that we made together, and I care for him very much," she told the outlet.
"Even when you bring up how great his performance is, it warms my heart to hear that, and I'm so happy that all of it happened.
"I just feel so grateful that we got to go on that journey together.
"He has so much more coming, and I think he's in a place as an actor where he's feeling really confident and people are seeing different sides of him."
She added, "He's got a lot to offer, so I'm excited for people to keep witnessing that."
A source previously told Us Weekly that the pair's romance simply "fizzled out" and they decided to move on.
"Ultimately once the project [Blink Twice] ended, they realized they were on different pages with what they wanted," the source said. "It fizzled fast after their press tour wrapped."
NEW FLAME?
Channing previously gushed about working with Zoe during their relationship, telling People, "This is what I'll say about creating with someone that you are with or love: I suggest it.
"If you are thinking about having a kid or if you're thinking about getting married, go find the hardest possible creative project with your partner."
He added, "When you can look across the room or the set and know that you have the best person that is next to you trying to solve problems, and you're really looking to them for answers just as equally as trying to solve them yourself, that is unbelievable."
Before Zoe, Channing had an on/off relationship with singer Jessie J.
He was also previously married to Jenna Dewan, the mother of his 11-year-old daughter, Everly.
Zoe met Channing following her divorce from Karl Glusman after just 18 months in 2020.
Following the Oscars bash, Zoe was reportedly spotted out at dinner with actor Noah Centineo, 28, sparking rumors of a new romance.
Photos published by TMZ over the weekend showed the pair leaving a bar in the early hours of the morning the day before the Oscars.
On Sunday night, Zoe was seen posing on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
She opted for a sleek classic black silk gown with heels and red nails with her hair tied back.
But in the back, the dress was sheer and her full derriere was peeking through.
