MR. DARCY IN PRIDE AND PREJUDICE?
Earlier today we had a trailer for his new western movie Tornado and now rumour around the town is that our dearest Jack Lowden is in negotiations to
play Mr. Darcy in new TV series adaptation of Jane Austen's PRIDE AND PREJUDICE over at Netflix. Dolly Alderton has already written the scripts for the 19th century novel adaptation that tells the story of Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy, who eventually fall in love but have to navigate various obstacles as Elizabeth's father seeks a male heir. That is third Austen project recently beside The Other Bennet Sister series from BBC and recently aired Miss Austen series with Keeley Hawes also at BBC and PBS.
